Young Leaders Forum (YLF) is an annual program of dialogue, workshops, institutional visits, and capacity building sessions bringing and connecting young leaders from social-political movements, business start-ups, social enterprises, civil society, international organizations, and the public institutions.

Since it started in 2016, it has reached and draw participants from more than 15 countries of Eastern and Southern Africa. It gathers more than 120 young leaders annually.It has resulted in the establishment of more than 20 innovative initiatives that promoted young people's development agendas in their local communities.

It is aimed at connecting youth to share experiences and learn from each other on building democratic governance, free and economically-just society, discussing the challenges they face and devise the way forward to address them.
